We are looking for two extra talented Visual Graphic Designers to join our growing team in Skopje! If you’re passionate about turning complex ideas into sleek, high-impact visual Power Point pages, we’d love to meet you.

As a part of our VG team, you’ll transform technical and content-heavy material into management consulting-style PowerPoint presentations and infographics – featuring charts, graphs, timelines, and diagrams – that wow our clients. Your work will be seen by world top performing consulting companies.

What You’ll Do

Your primary mission is to turn client content into polished, professional PowerPoint slides/pages that are as clear as they are visually engaging. You’ll work on three types of presentation tasks:

  • Basic formatting and alignment
  • Visual enhancement to boost clarity and appeal
  • High-end visual storytelling, exceeding client expectations

You’ll receive training to meet our standards and work in a hybrid setup, combining time at our Skopje office with the possibility for remote work.

Key Traits

  • A creative eye and sharp attention to detail
  • Willingness to master PowerPoint design best practices
  • Ability to apply narrative design, where visuals reinforce the story
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Solid time and task management

Technical Skills

We’re looking for proficiency in:

  • PowerPoint
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Microsoft Word and Excel

Eligibility

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals (under 30)
