As part of our Visual Graphics (VG) team, you will transform technical and content-rich materials into management-consulting-style PowerPoint presentations and infographics — including charts, tables, timelines, and diagrams — that impress our clients. Your work will be visible to top, globally renowned consulting firms.

What You’ll Do

Your main mission will be to transform consultant-developed content into professional PowerPoint slides that are both clear and visually compelling.

You will receive training to meet our standards and will work from our office in Skopje.

Key Characteristics

• Creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to master best practices in PowerPoint design
• Ability to apply narrative design, where visuals support the story
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Solid time and task management skills

Technical Skills

We require knowledge of:

• PowerPoint
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Open to recent graduates and early-career candidates (up to 30 years old)
