LMC Academy is seeking four (4) Consultants to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje, North Macedonia.

This role is designed for professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience who want to deepen their consulting skillset while contributing to real-world case development, applied research, and consulting-style project work.

This position is ideal for individuals who see consulting not just as a job, but as a long-term professional path.

What You Will Do

As a Consultant at LMC Academy, you will:

• Structure complex business, policy, and strategic problems using MECE-based frameworks
• Conduct targeted qualitative and quantitative research to support case analyses
• Build, review, and refine analytical and financial models (Excel-based)
• Develop professional-grade presentations, written case materials, and analytical outputs
• Support multiple parallel workstreams across different case studies or projects
• Participate in internal workshops, simulations, and review sessions
• Capture key insights, assumptions, decisions, and implications from discussions
• Collaborate with senior contributors to refine analyses, narratives, and recommendations
• Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines and evolving requirements

What We Are Looking For

Required

• 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, business, analysis, policy, or project-based roles
• Proven ability to operate in structured, professional environments (meetings, formal communication, deadlines)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including structured models, formulas, data analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Experience producing professional documents and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks or workstreams
• High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required)

• Exposure to consulting, advisory, strategy, or policy roles
• Experience with financial modeling, business cases, or quantitative analysis
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or high-expectation environments
• Background in business, economics, public policy, international relations, engineering, or related fields
• Advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory
